episode 31: a reluctant princess The Princess, standing over Darien, glows with a pink aura. Overlay of Serena's voice: "Hey, Sailor Moon fans! You won't believe it, but Darien's Tuxedo Mask! And I'm the Moon Princess. Yes, me. Serena. Like, as if!" "Who could believe that it was Serena? She was there the whole time!" says Luna. Hey crescent moon mark glows. "Serena, you are our Princess." Serena, in a deeper, more anonciated voice, says, "Yes." Darien says weakly, "I remember now. I was Prince Darien." They clasp hands. "And I was Princess Serena of the Moon Kingdom. You were a prince from Earth." They remember back to the Moon Kingdom. "Oh, we were supposed to be married, Darien, and I remember those last few days to clearly! You were going to fight the NEgaverse, and I gave you my Star Locket to remember me by. You flew off into the air, me crying your name, and I never saw you again..." the flashback faded... "You're going down! I want that crsytal!" shouts Zoicite. Princess Serena gets up, holding the Wand high in the air. She whispers - "Cosmic Moon Power!" and a huge blast of pink hits Zoicite knocks her against a wall! To Darien, she says, "We are free." Her body radiates pink, and the dress turns back into her Sailor outfit. She faints over his body!... "Is she OK?" "Yeah, the memories must have overwhelmed her!" the Scouts say, running over to her. "You're...not going...anywhere..." says Zoicite, struffling to get up. "We...need...the Crsytal..." Suddenly, Malachite appears, and she runs to him. "Zoicite, you're trembling!" "Malachite...they have the Crystal...it is up to you..." He says to the Scouts, "We need the Crystal, but we're getting something else first!" He shoots out black energy at the fainted Darien, and he suddenly disappears, along with the generals!... "Where have they taken him?" Mars says, tearing a little. "Never mind that," says Mercury, "We need to get out of here! Come on!"...They are in another corridor of the place, Sailor Moon being carried on Juptier's back. Mercury starts punching in numbers in her computer. "This place is like a combination between a time warp and negative space! I don't know if my computer can handle these calculations." Jupiter says to the others, "Hey can you guys help me? She may be a princess, but she's not light!" "I heard that," a dull voice says... "Serena! You're alright!" they shout, realizing who sais it. "Sailor Moon, do you remember where you are? Do you remember what happened?" asks Venus. As Sailor Moon gets on her feet, Luna and Artemis come over to them. "It is time for you to learn the truth about your past," they say. "Wait!" says Venus, "if Serena is the Princess, we must have had important jobs too, right?" "Right as usual, Venus!" says Artemis... (they switch off talking) "See, a long time ago, we all lived in peace in the Moon Kingdom. Princess Serena was heiress to the throne." "And we were ruled by Queen Serenity, who was kind and merciful. She was raised to follow in the Queen's footsteps." "But the Negaverse attacked. Serenity defeated their most powerful warriors, and trapped them into the Silver Crystal." "She used the last of her stregnth to send all of you to Earth, to save you. We are your guardians." "You Scouts are all princesses of your respective planets, but are also members of Serena's court."... In the Negaverse, Zoicite and Malachite come to Beryl. "Malachite, you must do something about the Crystal!" "Yes, m'Queen." "And Zoicite, how can you explain the fact that PRincess Serena now has the Crystal!?!" She says weakly, "Give me another chance..." but Beryl shoots out some energy at her, and she falls! "That is a warning for you, Malachite," says Beryl. He stands over her body. "Hold me," she says. He hugs her, and she says, "A favor. Please don't forget me..." and she closes her eyes... "But why don't we remember anything?" asks Jupiter. "It makes sense," says Venus. "Serenity wanted us to be happy. So she sent us here without our memories to lead peaceful lives!" Luna syas, "Yes, but the Scouts could be awakened if needed." Venus says to the Scouts, "We need to fight this battle. We need all the stregnth we can get. We CAN'T let our universe be destoryed!" MArs puts in, "Yeah, and we need to get Darien back!" Moon says, almost crying, "Well, count me out..." "What do you mean? You're our leader, and the Princess!" says Jupiter. "I don't care, someone else can do it." Mars walks over to her. "You know, you're a whiny brat, and a crybaby, but -" "I don't need this Raye!" she cries. Tears stream down Mars' cheeks. "You really are a leader, you know? I never hated you. You are really great." "Really?" they cry and hug together. Mercury says, "Guess what! I know how to get out of here! hy don't we get some burgers, take our minds off things?" "Good idea!"... "You're not going ANYWHERE!" shouts Malachite, mad as hell. "Malachite!" Venus and Juptier decide to double team. "Jupiter Thunder CRASH!" but he just sucks up the power. "Venus Crescent Beam SMASH!" again, he sucks it up. And then he throws an energy - lightning ball at them, and it hits! They are down... "What can we do?" says Mars. "I'm not leaving without the crystal!" Malchite says. Mars says to Mercury, "Well, come on, get her out of here! Go, Serena!" Moon cowers, then they try to escape. Meanwhile - "Mars Fire IGNITE!" He sucks up the power again and hurls it at her, and she falls. Mercury shouts at him, and he says, "I'm not after you!" "But you're gonna get me!" Malachite shoots out some energy, and she is knocked down... "Guys! I can't do this!" says Moon. "Yes, you can," says a weakened Mercury. She hears the others saying, "You can do it!" "You're the one!" "we believe in you!" And then she thinks of Darien saying "I'm on your side." And she finally gets up with all her might and holds out the wand, saying, "YOU'LL pay for this!"... Malachite throws some energy at her, but she stays strong, and shouts, holding it up, "Cosmic Moon POWER!" Malachite is wounded and disappears, and the whole building vanishes. "Wow! I did that?" Moon is shocked... In the Negaverse, a wounded Malachite groans. Meanwhile, Beryl, with the help of the Negaforce, tries to undo Darien's memories. He is weak, and she shouts at him, "You will soon become a legion of the NEgaverse!" She comments on his stubbornness and continues the brainwashing... It is dawn. The building in no more, and Moon stands in the beginnings of a lake, staring at the rising sun. "Hey, there you are!" The Scouts and the cats confront her. "You were great, Princess. You got him good!" they say. Luna says, "You were all something. We're gonna win this fight!" Moon looks up to the rising sun and thinks, "Yeah, and we'll get Darien back as well. Oh, Tuxedo Mask. where ever you are, I'll find you..." so Serena really knows how to handle the crystal! Now we know the history of the Scouts. But will Darien get brainwashed into fighting Serena? Can the Scouts really defeat such an awesome power?...
