episode 39: the past returns Here's a mini-synopsis of this awesome episode!: - Luna and Artemis somehow discover a portal to the Negaverse. It leads them to these nasty caves. The cats go one way, the Scouts another. - The Scouts meet up with Malachite! He blasts them, and Moon drops her wand! Suddenly it glows, and the girls go through this vortex! They land in the midst of ruined pillars. IN a flash, a tiny woman in a dress appears to them: Queen Serenity! She tells them their past: - The Moon Kindgom was the happiest place in the galaxy. But Princess Serena had fallen in love with Prince Darien of Earth. He came to her once, warning her about the upcoming battle. He was chased away by wary guards.There was a ball that night, and Serena was gorgeuos as ever, when a masked man asked her to dance (it was Darien). as they dance, they say how much they'll miss each other, and he may not return from battle. Suddenly, the Negaverse attacks! They destory the palace and all around! Darien stops Beryl from getting Serena, but she traps her in a whirlwind! She leaps up to him, but Beryl blasts them again, and both lay in the air, dead, tears still falling from Serena's cheek! Serenity traps all of them in her Crystal using "Cosmic Moon Power", then sends them all to Earth to be reborn. (NOte, you can see Sailorneptune in this scene!) She dies (this is sad!) as Luna and Artemis get sent to earth. - While this was all happening, Luna and Artemis were going through the cave, and eventually made it out to a cold place, like the North Pole. They spot a hole with emenating black, and realize its a Negaverse base! When they run back to tell the girls, however, Malachite stops them... - The girls go back through the vortex and realize how great Serenity was. Malachite suddenly comes back, and the cats collapse! While the Scouts try to save themselves using "Scout Power", Sailor Moon ends up destorying Malachite using her mother's own "Cosmic Moon Power!" - At the end, they pose, determined to kick Beryl's butt! The next episode is the last of the first season, so stay tuned...
