episode 42: so you want to be in pictures Serena, walking downtown, notices Darien across the street. She runs over to him and hugs him, but he is in shock. Serena laughed, trying to spell it out to him, but he just thinks that she's nuts! As she held him, Ann saw him, and ran across the street to see her beloved. But by this time, he had broken free from Serena's grasp and ran away! Ann was upset, saying "How could you let him go?" She then begins to chase him!... Meanwhile, Ann returns to the Doom Tree, and Alan informs her of its condition: it is losing energy. Ann says that this is "easily rectified" and picks a cardian to gather energy, one named Minatour... In a movie studio, images were being shown from a projector. Men there, movie producers, had taken pictures of people they thought could be the star of their next movie. The shots were of Molly, Amy, Raye, Lita, and Mina! They called for an open audition for them to try out in...but as soon as they said that, Ann and Alan, in their alien forms, appeared. They flashed their eyes, and all of the men's energy was drained! They had successfully taken over this movie... The next day at school, molly told Serena that she was invited to a movie tryout! She said that she would fell way more comfortable if Serena want with her, and she said of course (she wanted a part too!)... At the movie studio, Lita had arrived first. Amy came next and said "hi", and Lita was suprised to see a "super-genius" there. While the two were talking, Mina and Raye showed up, arriving seperately! They asked if they could all go in together, and introduced themselves to the other two girls...But suddenly, they all got a feeling of deja vu, as if they had met some time before... The next to arrive were Serena and Molly. Molly was of course allowed in, but the guard in front stopped Serena, saying that "if you're not picked, you can't go in". She was upset, but then saw the former Sailor Scouts and remensissed a little. She then snuck in with Luna!... Inside, a curtain was drawn to reveal the set of the movie: a destoryed planet (it looked like the ravaged Moon Kingdom!). When Amy saw this, she said that she didn't want to be in a sci-fi flick. However, the aliens soon appeared and called forth Minatour, who began to chase them. Ann got tired of the endless chase and decided to get some energy on her own... At this point, Luna had sensed some strange energy in the set room and went in to check it out. Serena was somewhere else...inside, the girls were running away from Minatour. Molly couldn't run anymore, and so the beast drained her energy dry. As Amy and Mina cared for her, Raye and Lita couldn't take it anymore. Raye used an evil ward (just like a Fireballs Charge!) to freeze it in place, and Lita threw it over her head into some pillars. They felt that deja vu again, and Luna was pleased that the Scouts could fight, even without their memories!... Ann needed energy, so she went into another room, found another girl, and drained her energy. Feeling refreshed, she walked out in her human form when of course she bumped into Serena. They began to argue, but then they saw Darien running down the hall, and they chased after him... Meanwhile, the Minatour had gotten up, more angry than ever. Alan was getting impatient with Ann and went out to look for her, leaving the Minatour to fend for herself. At this point, Serena had given up the chase, and ended up in the set room... where she found Luna screaming at her to transform! She didn't have time to explain, she she shouted, "Moon Prism Power!" and became Sailor Moon once more. As the girls stood watching, Sailor Moon appeared from the shadows, giving her speech, and the girls felt a pang of memory...Moon reached for her Cresent Moon Wand to heal it, but she had lost it after the fight with Beryl! Without a defense, she ran until the beast caught up, and began to suck her energy dry... Luna couldn't watch this anymore. She ran over to the girls, saying "You must save Sailor Moon!" They gasped, and Mina said, "You can TALK!!" Luna sighed, and repeated herself. Amy inquired, "How?" And she knew how...the Luna Mind Meld... they all began to see flashbacks of Beryl's defeat, and remembered that Serena was the Princess. Their respective signs of Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus appeared on their forheads, and they transformed! Finally realizing their destinies, Amy was Merury, Raye was Mars, Lita was Jupiter, and Mina was Venus once more... Seeing Moon in trouble, Mercury used her "Mercury Bubbles Blast!" to create a fog, and in it, Mars pulled Moon free. Jupiter then used the "Jupiter Thunder Crash!" to fry her dangerous horns, and then Mars and Venus combined their "Mars Fire Ignite!" and "Venus Cresent-V Smash!" to slay the beast. The Scouts had won the day, and had saved Sailor Moon... Later, the girls met at the temple. Amy talked about studying, Raye complained about Serena, and Serena began to hatch a plan to get Darien to remember her, for he had no memory. The Sailor Scouts...all of them...were back in action once again!!! But what did the aliens have up their sleeves??...
