episode 56: sailor mercury moving on? I didn't get to write this one up either...here's another mini-synopsis! -- Amy is accepted to a school in Germany to study pre-med. The girls accept it, all except Serena who sees it as Darien and Amy turning their backs on her. Amy is upset, but doesn't want to be sad, so she bottles up her feelings. -- Rini hangs out with Amy - she thinks that the smart girl has the Crystal! "No one would be stupid enough to leave the Crystal with Serena!" But eventually, after spending the night with her, Rini finds out that she does not have it. -- The girls (except Serena) get new transformation sticks (Sailor Moon uses a brooch, remember?). They are bulkier, consisding of the stick itself, the color of each person (e.g. Mars' is red, Jupiter's is green, etc.) They are all layed out on a table, but Amy isn't there to get hers... -- Artemis is gone, so Mina and Luna go out to find her. But they are in trouble, for Birdie had sent out a monster, "Frosty". She calls the other Scouts... -- It turns out that she is leaving two weeks earlier than she said, in order to prevent a commotion! But Rini finds out. When the girls go to save Mina, Rini and Darien go off to the airport... -- The Scouts are no match for Frosty, and begin to succumb to her cooling chill. Meanwhile, Darien and Rini go to see Amy off, but Serena has a present for her (forwarded through Darien) - her new transformation stick. she tears up, realizing that she must accept her fate and save her friends, and Darien gives her a ride back. -- Shouting "Mercury Star Power!", she becomes Merucry again. -- She uses a new power (one of my favorites): "Mercury Ice Storm Blast!" (a.k.a. "Shine Aqua Illusion!") to subdue the monster. Sailor Moon then destroys it. And that's it! Hope you enjoyed the show.
