episode 80: diamond in the rough Serena is running away from the now huge Dark Crystal. She remembers a conversation between her and Tuxedo Mask" "I'm going to find a way into the Dark Crystal. Hide, Sailor Moon!" "Are you sure?" "Yes. Go on!" She stops and looks back at the enormous black crystal. "I hope Darien's ok..." "Serena!" says someone. Serena looks. "Hey, Molly!" Molly runs up to her. "Serena, somehow, some way I think you know what's going on. I think you're in danger!" Serena hesitatingly laughs. "A meatball head like me?" Molly smiles. "I guess you're right. But I think I need to worry about you. You'll be OK, right?" "Right." "See you in school tomorrow!" But Serena, inspried by this exchange, realizes that she must fight, and starts to run back to the Crystal... "Wiseman! HOW DARE YOU show your face after what you did to my brother!" shouts Diamond. "Prince, he was a traitor. He deserved what he got." "but..." "Diamond, now is the time to strike. With Wicked Lady on our side, we can destory Earth NOW!" Diamond says, "I've dreamed of it for so long. Go ahead. But after the conquest, I will investigate into your subordination!" He leaves. Wiseman says, "Not if I accidentally kill you first..." "Wow, this is huge!" says Lita. Her and the other girls meet outside the Dark Crystal. "We got to find a way inside. Ready?" says Serena. "Yeah!" "Moon Crystal Power!" "Mercury Star Power!" "Mars Star Power!" "Jupiter Star Power!" "Venus Star Power!" Now transformed, Sailor Moon charges at the Crystal. But it hits her with an energy blast! They decide to pool their powers, and they are teleported inside... "This looks like a maze!" comments Mars. They are inside the Crystal, and it has strange, reflective sides. "We should go this way!" shouts Moon, and she walks, but suddenly falls down a hole! "No, Sailor Moon!..." Sailor Moon lands, somewhere, when suddenly - "Nice to see you again, Ms. Moon." "Prince Diamond!" He grabs her by the throat, opens that third eye of his, and tries to get Sailor Moon to pledge loyalty. But she remembers Darien, shouts out his name, and the spell is broken! He tries again, but to no avail. "Why won't you submit to me!" he shouts. "Get a clue, this isn't love. Why do you want to destory Earth anyway? Try to negotiate! "I only wanted to be on Earth again, to see flowers, and waterfalls...you have helped me see the light, Sailor Moon." "No, Diamond, don't go!" "You cry...for me?" Diamond dies...meanwhile, the Wiseman's crystal ball suddenly flashes a skull shape. The broken bone begins to come together again. The cloak covers the structure... Sailor Moon turns to see Wiseman. He suddenly clutches her by the throat and says, "You think Darien loves you? Hah! He is with us now!" He flashes pictures of him and Rini, kid form, in the Negaverse. "No...Darien wouldn't...it's not true..." "But it is!" He shows a picture of Darien in a suit and cape hugging - Wicked Lady! "They turned on me? No..nooo..." she begins to tear. In this state, Wiseman shoots a blast of energy at her, hoping to finally finish her off... but a rose cuts it off! "My true Tuxedo Mask!" He makes one of his famous speeches. And suddenly, the Sailor Scouts arrive! They surround the floating figure. But he laughs - "Hah, it is too late for you! The Dark Gate is about to be opened, and with Wicked Lady on my side, the Doom Phantom will be unstoppable! This is good-bye FOREVER!" He vanishes... "The Dark gate?" asks Sailor Moon. "Where could it be?" They look perplexed. But Tuxedo Mask steps up. "I think I know where it is!" Him leading the way, the find the Gate, a black void... "It's Rini!" they shout. Wicked Lady stands before them, arriving from the gate. "It's Wicked Lady now, mistress of time, space and all living matter. And you Scouts don't stand a chance against us!"... Is this the end? Will the Dark gate be opened? Will Wicked Lady become Rini once more? And who is Wiseman really?...
